But there’s a difference between knowing something and actually applying it. In this lesson, I’ll share with you the biological and psychological reasons you should tackle your biggest priority early in the day.

04. Time Management TechniqueIn this session, I share the productivity technique that helps me accomplish everything I need to do each day. I’ll also share how to take advantage of your ‘work breaks’ so you’re always doing your best for your brain.
